Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dietician to join our hospital's healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized nutritional care to patients, aiding in their recovery and promoting overall health.

Key Responsibilities: Assess patients' nutritional needs based on their medical conditions, laboratory results, and lifestyle. Develop and implement tailored diet plans in consultation with doctors and other healthcare professionals. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of dietary interventions and adjust plans as needed. Counsel patients and their families on proper nutrition, food choices, and healthy lifestyle changes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure patient meals adhere to prescribed dietary plans. Conduct nutritional assessments and screenings for new patients. Provide guidance for managing conditions like diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and digestive disorders. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, regulations, and patient care standards. Educate hospital staff and patients on nutrition-related topics through seminars and workshops. Maintain accurate records of patient progress, meal plans, and evaluations. Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate nutritional therapy into overall treatment plans. Stay updated with the latest nutritional research and guidelines. Assist in the management of hospital food services to ensure nutritional quality. Advise on the preparation of specialized diets such as enteral or parenteral nutrition. Ensure proper hygiene and safety practices in food handling and preparation. Support patients in post-discharge nutrition planning for long-term recovery. Guide patients in understanding the nutritional content of hospital-provided meals. Provide input in hospital policies regarding patient nutrition and dietetic services. Address food allergies and intolerances through appropriate meal adjustments. Assist in nutritional management for chronic diseases and long-term illnesses. Promote wellness programs focused on preventive nutrition. Participate in the hospital's quality improvement and patient care committees. Mentor and supervise junior dieticians and dietetic interns. Participate in hospital rounds and contribute to patient care discussions. Uphold the highest ethical standards and patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
