Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Resident in Medical Gastroenterology to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will:
Manage in-patient and out-patient gastroenterology cases.
Conduct endoscopic procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy.
Assist in the management of gastrointestinal emergencies.
Collaborate with consultants for complex gastroenterology cases.
Participate in clinical rounds and discussions.
Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical staff.
Handle pre- and post-procedure patient care.
Maintain comprehensive patient records and reports.
Participate in hospital's academic programs, CMEs, and research activities.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards.
Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.
Be available for on-call duties as per hospital rota.
Manage day-to-day operations of the gastroenterology unit.
Keep updated with advancements in medical gastroenterology.
Uphold high ethical and professional standards in patient care.
Qualifications:
MD/DNB in General Medicine, DM Specialization in Gastroenterology or relevant experience
